A path of reflection dedicated to the principles of a healthy diet, oil in particular, and specifically extra virgin olive oil, inspired by the concepts of wellbeing, respect and safeguarding of the environment.

An appealing, user-friendly initiative held in middle schools in Siena and Florence during the 2006-2007 academic year.The project involved students, teachers and families in a real non-competitive contest aiming to stimulate the production of stories featuring the territory, its produce and oil.

By the end of the course, the organisational office had received a total of 1000 entries:560 drawings, 140 poems and 300 stories.A selection of these were then published in a very interesting booklet.
